Flytoplink always provide quality products as well as satisfied service:

1. Providing proved inspection report for the products when delivery;

2. Providing product specification and detailed test report;

3. Regularly survey, collect quality improvement suggestion from customers;

4. 1~3 year free repairing;

5. Three monthes free exchange;

6. Must reply within 24 hours after receiving customers' notice of quality problems;


Warranty Policy

Flytoplink implements after-sales service strictly in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China". And the product warranty is formulated according to the materials, manufacture technology, frequency of use and service life of accessories for each product. The contents of the return and warranty service are as follows:


I. Return and/or Exchange Policy

a. Return and Exchange Without Reason Within 45 Days Service: Customer who purchase Flytoplink's product can enjoy unreasonable return services within 45 days from the day after the receipt. Customer should show provide purchase order No. or other valid proof of the purchase and return the invoice when returning the goods. Customer should ensure that the returned goods maintain the original quality and performance, appearance is intact, labels and logos of product and accessories are complete. If the goods are artificially damaged, packing box missing, accessories missing, the return and exchange is not accepted. Consumables, customized products, and some equipment/accessories listed in the "Warranty Period Table" do not support return and exchange without reason within 45 days service. The shipping cost incurred when returning the goods should be borne by customer.

About the refund, the payment will be returned to customer within 7 days from the date of Flytoplink received the returned goods. The refund method is the same as the payment method. The exact date of refund to customer account maybe affected by the third-party factors such as banks or other payment institutions.

b. Exchange service:Within 1 year from the day after customer received the product, exchange service is supported for the defect products without man-made damage performance failure, which the product should in the exchange product list. Flytoplink will provide exchange service for customer after confirmation by Flytoplink after-sales service center. Customized products do not support replacement services. Flytoplink will provide warranty service if there is a performance failure for customized product.

c. Warranty Service:Flytoplink formulates the product warranty period based on the materials, manufacture technology, frequency of use, and service life of accessories for each product. During the warranty period from the next day after the product was delivered to customer, if there is a non-human damage performance failure, Flytoplink will provide free warranty service for customer after confirmation by Flytoplink after-sales service center. If the product does not meet the warranty conditions and customer need warranty service, Flytoplink will charge customers necessary maintenance costs.

The warranty period of the product after the exchange service or repair service is according to the initial purchase date, warranty period will not be extended due to repair or replacement date.

d. Other Situations:If customer require to return without reason after 45 days, the product must be ensure that it has not been used, maintain the original quality and performance, appearance is intact, labels and logos of product and accessories are complete. After negotiating with Flytoplink and we agree to return the products, customers could return the products and pay 15% of returned products to Flytoplink.


II. Situation Not Covered by Warranty

The following situation are not covered by the warranty:

1. Exceeding the product warranty period;

2. Unable to show the purchase order No., receipt/invoice or other valid proof of purchase;

3. There’s no quality problem and man-made damaged products;

4. Damage caused by irresistible factors;

5. Failure or damage beyond normal use conditions and force used of products;
